New Bath Trends for 2018

Luxury Bathroom Furniture
The DXV Modulus Collection was designed to create a personal sanctuary. Every detail of this handsome modular piece has been considered in advance to create a modern bathroom where each line is placed intentionally. The line includes a variety of options for components and accessories.

Hidden Storage
The Maxi Collection from Fine Fixtures includes a sleek, modern vanity in the form of a frame. The finish comes in white or elm. The opening provides space for displaying towels or accessories. All four sides of the frame are drawers with plenty of storage space, including the top of the frame, which has a U shape to fit around plumbing.

Maximizing Storage
Rev-A-Shelf also offers many drawer options for bathroom vanities including ones that work around plumbing under a sink. Their collection includes vanity drawers for hampers, ironing boards, and drawers within a drawer that, in effect, double the space. The thoughtful design of their storage solutions keep bathroom necessities within arms reach.

Cleaning Made Simple
Kohler’s new ContinuousClean toilets take the worry out of keeping the toilet clean. Paired with their newest flush technology, Revolution 360, each flush distributes a consistent dosage of cleaner in a swirling motion around the bowl. The system works with any standard toilet cleaning tab inserted into a chamber rather than floating at the bottom of the tank. It will even alert you when it is time to replace the cleaning tab

Spa Experience at Home
Nebia is the shower reimagined for the average homeowner. This spa shower system incorporates 10 precision nozzles that atomize water, delivering millions of tiny drops. It feels a bit like intense, warm mist. With a shower head above and a hand wand you can expect an all over spa experience. Best of all, this system comes out of the box and ready to install in just a few minutes.

Integrated Drain Design
The Veil (Tile-In) drain from QM Drain is a beautiful addition to any shower. The sleek design allows for installing matching tile or stone to make the drain integrate almost seamlessly. The middle covers a four-way pitched drain so water simply disappears. With four finishes, there is one for almost any design project.

Art for the Bathroom
Kallista has thought outside of the box to create the Grid collection. Designer Bill McKeone has designed something that celebrates geometric minimalism and provokes you to think beyond the ordinary. Using 3D printing technology, Kallista was able to turn an idea into a series of unexpected waterways. Finished in matte black, this collection is an absolute showstopper.

Artisan Basins
As part of its Artist Edition sinks, Kohler has introduced the Kensho sinks. The sinks come in round and trough style versions and with either grey or white finishes. A kimono-inspired pattern has been etched into the surface, making them as artful as they are useful

Unexpected Wall Covering
Wall covering options just got a lot more interesting. Stikwood peel and stick wood planking makes it easy to get a custom look in any room. This year, however, they have expanded that ability by treating their reclaimed wood with a new product, Splash Safe. This new water-resistant addition allows for installation in places that might not have been considered before

Pop Art Tiles
Give your bathroom a cool new look with "Banksy" tiles inspired by the British graffiti artist from SomerTile. With over 60 different designs, the options for mixing and matching are endless. These tiles are finished with an exclusive glaze that gives them a glass look on the surface. With plenty of color, these tiles are perfect for a modern or pop-culture inspired bathroom.

Industrial Chic Finishes
The new Versailles Revolution tiles from Ann Sacks combines an industrial look with a stunning mirrored effect. There are four patterns in the collection including Small Hexagon (shown here). The look is refined, yet perfectly suited for an industrial chic design, as well.
